Marketing Strategy: Target Market Strategy


Our snack foods are geared towards the everyday working person and their families.  We are also beginning a new marketing campaign to introduce our newest sensation, Panama Plantains, to bar and pub owners.  This salty snack will help increase beer sales to hungry and/or thirsty customers.  Another approach to gain this new target market is to sell a worldly experience in an everyday environment (“Come to your local pub and experience foreign flavors!”).  With the number of pubs and bars in the US alone, this new venture is designed to tap into that market, and our marketing analysts have predicted lucrative outcomes.  “For a truly effective social campaign, a brand needs to embrace the first principles of marketing, which involves brand definition and consistent storytelling.” - Simon Mainwaring
